My Mistake

Wrote this earlier today:

Particularly the part about the Vatican cementing their grip on power during the Council of Nicaea, when in fact Rome was not represented at the Council.

It´s not clear whether or not Rome was represented. The pope had at least two representatives - Victor and Vicentius - but it´s not at all clear that they had any kind of monopoly over the preceedings.
