Abandonment Issues
Elliot leaves tomorrow morning, and Bjorn in a mere six days. I will be left alone to my own devices, which, barring major catastrophes, shall be pretty much limited to this:
8:00 AM - get up after being awake for two hours because of the sun. Head over to coffeehouse that gives free refills, and awesome banana-chocolate chip muffins. Read "I, Rigoberta Menchu" in the original Spanish for two hours.
10:30 AM - blog, read the news, or anything else that requires a computer.
11:30 AM - lunch.
12:30 PM - read, write, and practice Spanish anywhere and everywhere.
5:00 PM - catch a pirated movie at the local theater (just saw Phantom of the Opera).
8:00 PM - dinner.
9:00 PM - beer and pool with locals.
11:00 PM - reading in hotel until I can´t stay awake.
If only this kind of life were profitable...
